We’re a hybrid online and in-person integrative psychiatry practice.
You can meet with us online anywhere in California or Arizona, and occasionally in-person in Los Angeles and Tucson.

We listen closely, look at your story from all angles, and share thoughtfully considered, practical guidance in support of your intentions.
Because you’re a unique, complex person, we take the time needed to really get to know you and collaborate with you so we can create a plan that works for you.
We take carefully considered steps, relying on a strong evidence base, and honoring your personal power.
Psychotherapy is intrinsic in everything we do. Sometimes in an obvious way, sometimes behind the scenes. We’re never not applying psychotherapy to how we think about you, how we connect with you, and how we support you.
