Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Dr. Sivilli, and I believe that mental health is about more than just treating symptoms – it's about empowering individuals to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
My approach to psychiatry is integrative, which means that I draw on a range of modalities and techniques (including therapy, psychoeducation, nutrition/supplementation, mindfulness techniques, sleep analysis and medication management when appropriate) to help my patients achieve their goals.
I believe in the importance of addressing both the biological and psychosocial factors that contribute to mental health conditions, and I work closely with my patients to develop thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and preferences.
I have experience working with a variety of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, addiction, and more. I also have specialized training in perinatal psychiatry, which focuses on helping pregnant people with pre-existing psychiatric disorders plan a healthy pregnancy (through conception, pregnancy and breastfeeding). I am also very interested in sleep physiology and understanding insomnia.
I received my medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine, and completed my psychiatric residency at the U of A as well. I am board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and am a member of several professional organizations, including the American Psychiatric Association and the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine.
I am passionate about providing empathic, inclusive and comprehensive care to my patients, and I believe that a collaborative and empowering approach is key to achieving balanced mental health.
